The journal lays a unique emphasis on its aim to present an authentic and original overview on translation and intercultural studies in Asia Pacific region. It will cover a broad spectrum of disciplines in the humanities and social sciences: literature, linguistics, history, art, media and communications, cultural studies, political science, international relations, sociology and anthropology as long as the focus of discussion is on translation and culture. Scholarly objectivity and originality are of utmost importance.

Asia Pacific Translation and Intercultural Studies accepts original research papers; case studies; book reviews; English translations of short stories, autobiographies, poems, and plays from authors within and outside Asia Pacific. Authors can submit papers at the journal’s Editorial Manager website. To submit papers at the online system, new users can first create an account.
