Conferences

The Baker Centre for Translation and Intercultural Studies will hold an international conference every two or three years on a theme connected to research methodology and novel theoretical insights. This gathering of international scholars is intended to create a regular forum for debating and anticipating developments that shape the research environment of the field, irrespective of mode of translation (written, oral, audiovisual, multimodal) or specific research methodology and focus (process-oriented, corpus-based, historical, etc.).
