The Martha Cheung Award Application Form

Applicants who apply directly themselves for the award should submit the full copy of the article in e-copy, in pdf format, together with the completed, typed application/nomination form, downloadable here.

Completed applications should be sent to the Award Committee at this address: ctn@hkbu.edu.hk.

The Committee will not consider handwritten applications.
